DTL Evnts is based in West Palm Beach and plans private events across South Florida. If your guests are travelling, we can discuss the wider schedule and coordination with the venue. For celebrations outside Florida, share the destination and dates so we can review the planning and travel requirements together.

Yes, a celebration at a private residence can be discussed. We review the space, guest count, vendor access, parking arrangements, sound, and any outdoor requirements before defining the scope.
Do you help select a venue?
Venue selection can be part of the planning scope. Tell us the type of occasion, preferred area, approximate number of guests, and budget range so the options fit the event.
Can you coordinate a DJ or live entertainment?
Yes. We discuss the audience and atmosphere, then coordinate talent, performance timing, and sound requirements with the venue and the rest of the event team.
How is the planning proposal prepared?
