Production begins with how the event will run. We discuss the space, audience, performances, presentations, and key moments, then coordinate the people and technical requirements needed to deliver that schedule.
Microphones, speaker placement, music playback, and presentation requirements are coordinated with the venue and production partners. We consider the audience, performers, room layout, and sound-check schedule so the technical plan supports the program.
Lighting choices, stage position, guest movement, and sightlines should work together. We coordinate the layout and setup requirements with your venue and technical team, including load-in access, available power, and the time needed to prepare the space.
