Destination weddings, celebrations & retreats

Some occasions
take you somewhere.

A wedding weekend abroad, a private celebration away from home, or a retreat that brings everyone together. From our base in West Palm Beach, DTL Evnts plans destination events with the venue, local partners, guest logistics, and the wider stay considered together.

Working with DTL

A connected plan for the whole stay.

Planning at a distance means decisions need context. We help bring venue information, local vendor requirements, schedules, and guest movements into a clear plan, so the welcome gathering and main event feel part of the same occasion.

The Setting

The location should suit the occasion, guest count, season, and travel practicalities. Whether you already have a venue or are considering destinations, we discuss access, available spaces, local requirements, and what the setting means for your event.

The Local Team

We coordinate the venue and local vendor team around defined responsibilities and timelines. Setup access, technical requirements, event layouts, and communication across time zones are considered early, with decisions brought back to you clearly.

The Guest Experience

For a celebration over several days, we discuss arrival information, group transport coordination, welcome events, the main occasion, and farewell plans. The schedule should help guests know where to be while leaving space to enjoy the destination.

Where we work

Based in Florida. Planning worldwide.

The DTL lookbook includes a London wedding, with photographs of the ceremony, reception, and celebration. Each destination project is assessed around its own venue, team, travel needs, and scope. If you are coming to Palm Beach or South Florida from another country, we can also help coordinate a Florida celebration while you plan from abroad.

Before we begin

Your planning questions.

Do we need to choose the destination before contacting you?

No. Share the kind of setting you are considering, the season, guest count, and approximate budget if known. We can discuss whether destination and venue selection should be part of your planning scope.

Can you plan more than the wedding day?

Yes. Welcome gatherings, private dinners, celebrations, and farewell events can be discussed together. Tell us how many days and venues are involved so the proposal covers the full plan.

Can we use vendors who are already based at the destination?

Yes. Working with the venue and local team is an important part of destination planning. Share any confirmed vendors and their responsibilities so we can coordinate the remaining work.

How do we begin if we live outside the United States?

Use the contact form to share your destination, dates, time zone, and event details. Danielle will follow up to discuss the scope and a suitable time for a planning conversation.
