Corporate & brand event planning

A gathering
with a clear purpose.

Bring clients together, introduce a product, recognize your team, or make space for a company conversation. DTL Evnts plans corporate and brand events in Palm Beach and South Florida, aligning the venue, hospitality, program, and production with your audience and business objectives.

Working with DTL

Built around your guests and your brief.

We start with the reason for the event: who is attending, what they need to experience, and how your internal team will approve decisions. A clear brief gives the venue, vendors, talent, and production partners a shared direction.

Company Gatherings

Meetings, team celebrations, and company events need a program that respects the audience's time. We coordinate room layout, arrivals, food and beverage service, presentations, and transitions around a practical schedule and your team's priorities.

Brand Launches & Receptions

For a launch or client reception, we consider how guests encounter your brand from arrival through departure. The setting, presentation moments, hospitality, and entertainment are planned together, with approval points agreed with your team.

Retreats & Hosted Experiences

When the event spans more than one day, the guest experience extends beyond the main program. We discuss venue coordination, local partners, group movements, and the balance between scheduled sessions and time for guests to connect.

Where we work

Palm Beach events, with room to travel.

DTL Evnts is based in West Palm Beach and works on corporate gatherings across South Florida, including the Fort Lauderdale and Miami areas. For destination meetings or retreats, we review the location, local team, travel requirements, and planning scope before proposing the work. Danielle leads the coordination, drawing on her background in resort and venue hospitality.

Before we begin

Your planning questions.

Can you work alongside our internal marketing or events team?

Yes. We agree on responsibilities, approval contacts, and communication with your internal team. Tell us which parts you are managing and where you need planning or on-site support.

Can you coordinate presentations, sound, and lighting?

Yes. We coordinate the venue and technical production partners around the program. Speaker needs, microphones, presentation timing, lighting, setup, and sound checks are included in the technical discussion.

Do you plan both client-facing and staff events?

Yes. Share the audience and purpose, whether it is a client reception, product launch, company gathering, or retreat. The format and planning scope will reflect those needs.

What belongs in our event brief?

Include the objective, date or date range, location, audience size, budget range if available, and any venue or vendors already selected. It also helps to identify your decision-makers and key deadlines.

Let’s talk about your plans.

Share your date, location, and the support you need. Danielle will follow up to discuss your event.
