Some couples come to us before choosing a venue. Others have their vendors booked and need someone to bring the plans together. We begin with what is already in place and agree on a clear scope before you book.
Partial Planning
For couples with a venue and vendors already signed, we bring the remaining plans into a workable timeline. We coordinate communication with your team and prepare for on-site execution, with responsibilities confirmed around the work you have already completed.
Coordination & Consultations
Day-of Coordination includes on-site timeline execution and on-site venue and vendor management. A Planning Consultation offers a focused conversation about venue or vendor choices and next steps. We will help you decide which level of support suits your plans.

Based in West Palm Beach, DTL Evnts works with couples planning locally and from out of town. For South Florida weddings, we discuss the venue, season, travel needs, and any outdoor plans. Can you help if we have already booked our venue?
Yes. Tell us which vendors are confirmed and what remains to be planned. Partial Planning or Day-of Coordination may suit your needs; the proposal will define the responsibilities and timing.
Do you plan the welcome party and other wedding-weekend events?
Welcome gatherings, the wedding itself, and other events across the stay can be included in the planning discussion. Share the number of days and occasions so the proposal reflects the whole weekend.
Can entertainment be part of the wedding plan?
Yes. We can coordinate DJs, MCs, live performers, and their technical requirements with the ceremony and reception timeline. Music preferences, cultural traditions, and venue restrictions are part of the brief.
What should we send to get started?
Your date or preferred season, city or venue, approximate guest count, and what you have already arranged. A budget range is helpful when available. Open the contact form and Danielle will follow up about your plans.
